- 95+ days prior to departure Group Space is fully
refundable if cancelled
- 94 Days prior to departure Group must maintain 80%
utlilization to avoid penalties
(if you are holding 100 passengers => 80 passengers must
travel to avoid penalties. If 79 travel you will lose 1
deposit or $100)

Days prior to departure we must receive 50% of the names of
the Group. This name list can be changed prior to
ticketing (one name or all of the names if necessary)

Days prior to departure final name list must be submitted
along with Final Payment

ALL airlines - your deposit counts towards final payment
