- Refund requests made prior to departure are
refundable based on the terms of your confirmation letter as
they vary by airline and contract. Please check your
confirmation letter otherwise please call us for more
information.
- Refund requests made after departure are
non-refundable
- Cancellation
requests must be made directly with our Agency - for
emergency same day weekend cancellations (when our office is
closed) please call the airline directly
